Woodwind specialist Anthony Rodriguez announces Back 2 The Bit, his second album. A live-band reimagining of the video game music that shaped him, from childhood favorites to rare deep cuts most fans have long forgotten. Releasing June 18, 2026 on all streaming platforms.

Recorded at Dream Recording Studios with a full ensemble, Back 2 The Bit spans six titles across multiple console generations: Chrono Cross, Gran Turismo 5, Tetris CD-i, Pac-Attack, Kingdom Hearts, and Sonic Adventure. Mixed by Michael Herlihy, the album balances groove, improvisation, and live-band energy with the melodic clarity that made these games iconic.

"I wanted to choose tracks that everyone knows, but also share my favorites that people probably don't remember. The CD-i, most people don't even know it was a gaming system. That's exactly the kind of gem I wanted to bring back." — Anthony Rodriguez
